I operate the west coast division of Plainum Capital Commercial, a nationwide mortgage bank, and offer strength and experience to apartment loan, construction loan and commercial loan borrowers. My goal is to meet the needs of my clients rapidly and courteously. Commercial real estate loans are available from $200,000 to $50,000,000 or more on all types of properties including:
