When you have a loan you want us to consider, please call (contact info in left navigation menu). If it fits one
or more of our programs we will advise you what documentation you will need to
provide us with. We will keep you informed of the progress of your client's
loan and work with you to make sure it is a good experience for all concerned.
Be assured that we will protect your fee. Please remember that our minimum loan
size is $800,000 and that we will not lend on special use properties like gas
stations and convenience stores. We look forward to working with you.
